Business Development Executive (BDE)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify potential clients and build strong business relationships.
• Manage sales targets, leads, and the overall business development pipeline.
• Conduct client meetings and present company services effectively.
• Negotiate proposals and support successful deal closures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Track market trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 1 – 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and capable of managing a sales team.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
