Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk & reception operations
Handle billing, payments & basic documentation
Attend and handle walk-in enquiries and phone calls
Conduct lead follow-ups and convert enquiries into memberships
Assist members on the gym floor
Maintain accurate member and lead records
Coordinate with the sales, fitness & management teams
Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for every member and visitor
Candidate Profile
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable and customer-friendly personality
Sales-oriented with a target-driven approach
Basic computer knowledge
Working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and CRM software will be an advantage
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
Prior experience in gym, fitness, hospitality, sales or front-desk operations will be an advantage
