Customer Support Executive

Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers with their queries and provide timely support. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries through calls, email, or chat.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

Maintain basic customer records and update details when required.

Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution.

Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Fresher candidates are welcome.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
