Telesales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our team at Egmore, Chennai.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining products/services, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Follow up with leads and enquiries through calls and other communication channels.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.

Convert leads into successful sales.

Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.

Update customer details and sales follow-up status in the CRM/system.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain good customer relationships and provide proper support.

Requirements

Freshers can also apply.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales / Telecalling / CRM / Inside Sales is preferred.

Candidates with B2C or B2B sales experience are welcome.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.

Candidates should be comfortable working with CRM/software systems.

No career gap preferred.

Good communication in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam will be an advantage.

Pay

₹18,895.19 - ₹35,805.68 per month
