JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide safe and timely transportation for doctors, management, and authorized staff.

Drive the assigned vehicle responsibly while following all traffic and safety regulations.

Maintain punctuality and ensure timely pickup and drop-off as per the schedule.

Keep the vehicle clean, hygienic, and in good operating condition.

Perform regular checks of fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, and other basic vehicle requirements.

Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel, mileage, and routine maintenance.

Coordinate with the HR/Admin team regarding travel schedules and vehicle requirements.

Maintain confidentiality regarding hospital staff, doctors, patients, and management-related information.

Report vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance requirements immediately to the concerned authority.

Assist with other authorized transportation-related duties assigned by the management.
