All Digi tech solution Hiring Customer Care Executives to manage banking inquiries and product sales.
Core Responsibilities
- Sales & Outreach: Contact existing customers to promote banking products.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer queries and provide service information.
- Advisory: Assist clients in selecting appropriate banking solutions.
Requirements
- Education: PUC
- Languages: Proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.
- Skills: Strong communication and a service-oriented attitude.
Work Details
- Schedule: 6 days per week (Day Shift).
