Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales leads and enquiries.
Explain project details, offers, pricing, and other relevant information to potential customers.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams for lead conversion and further customer assistance.
Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Qualification
- Graduate / 12th Pass
- Experience
- 1–3 years in telecalling, telesales, real estate, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

- ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
