We are hiring for the position of "Field Officer"
- Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years
- Industry Preference
- Security Services / Facility Management
Key Responsibilities
Supervise security guards and housekeeping/facilities staff
Able to visit pan-India for site visit
Manage daily field operations and site visits
Staff management and attendance monitoring
Client coordination and issue resolution
Ensure smooth security and facility service operations
Maintain discipline, reporting, and compliance at sites
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as Field Officer
Experience in Security Services / Facility Management preferred
Strong leadership and staff handling skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple sites and field teams efficiently
