Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Embryologist to manage and perform advanced embryology procedures while ensuring high-quality laboratory standards and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Perform and manage ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) procedures

Conduct Pre-Implantation Genetic Testing (PGT) – Biopsy

Handle oocyte screening, denudation, sperm vitrification, and thawing

Perform laser-assisted hatching

Analyze DNA fragmentation of sperm samples

Execute IVF procedures, artificial insemination, embryo culture, and transfer support

Perform cryopreservation and thawing of embryos

Grade embryos accurately as per established protocols

Maintain and monitor liquid nitrogen tanks and storage systems

Ensure proper setup of media, filters, and lab equipment

Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of embryos and lab materials

Ensure compliance with quality control and lab safety standards

Coordinate with clinical and medical teams for procedure scheduling

• Reorder lab supplies and manage inventory efficiently

Requirements

Master’s degree in Clinical Embryology / Life Sciences or relevant field

Minimum 5 years of hands-on IVF lab experience

Strong expertise in ICSI, PGT, cryopreservation, and embryo grading

Good knowledge of lab quality standards and documentation

Attention to detail and ability to work in a high-precision environment
