QC & DISPATCH EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
Inspect products and ensure quality standards are met
Check quantity, packaging, labelling and product specifications
Identify and report quality issues or discrepancies
Coordinate order packing and dispatch activities
Verify invoices, delivery documents and dispatch details
Coordinate with warehouse, production and delivery teams
Maintain QC and dispatch records
Ensure timely and accurate order dispatch
Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in any relevant discipline
Experience in Quality Control, Warehouse or Dispatch preferred
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
