Job Summary

The Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting products, assisting customers, increasing sales, maintaining attractive product displays, and delivering an excellent in-store shopping experience. Sales Promoters are commonly hired by fashion, electronics, beauty, and lifestyle brands in DB Mall. LinkedIn+1

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and understand their requirements.

Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits.

Recommend suitable products to increase sales.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain product displays and merchandising standards.

Ensure shelves are stocked and products are neatly arranged.

Handle billing support or coordinate with the cashier when required.

Collect customer feedback and resolve basic queries.

Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.

Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store.

Coordinate with the Store Manager regarding stock availability and replenishment.

Eligibility

Minimum qualification

12th Pass or Graduate.

6 –2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service (freshers may be considered by some employers).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable personality with a customer-focused attitude.

Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays. WorkIndia+1
