Customer Service Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, messages, and queries.

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain customer records and follow up when required.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complaints.

Provide accurate information about products/services.

Maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Basic computer knowledge.

Customer-focused and polite attitude.

Freshers can apply; experience is an advantage.
