Import Export Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Export Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day export operations. The candidate will be responsible for export documentation, customer communication, shipment coordination, order follow-up, and coordination with logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely export processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day export operations and documentation.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other export-related paperwork.
• Coordinate with international customers regarding orders, quotations, dispatches, and shipment status.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, CHA/customs agents, and logistics partners.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
• Maintain export records, reports, and documentation.
• Follow up on orders, payments, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and dispatch.
• Handle professional email communication with international clients.
• Support the team in ensuring compliance with export procedures and requirements.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Export-Import procedures and documentation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Professional email communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with knowledge or qualifications in Commerce, International Business, Export-Import, Logistics, or related fields will be preferred.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
