Role

We are looking for a smart, hands-on Online CRM & E-Commerce Executive to manage online sales, CRM with the online customers and day-to-day e-commerce operations (Eg. shopify).

Key Responsibilities

Manage website operations, product listings, pricing, inventory, orders, returns and fulfilment.

Execute CRM campaigns through WhatsApp, SMS and Email.

Manage customer database, segmentation, retention and reactivation.

Track online sales, conversion, AOV, repeat customers and campaign performance.

Coordinate with Marketing, Retail, Inventory, Logistics and Customer Service teams.

Handle online customer queries and ensure a premium customer experience.

Support online launches, promotions and new product drops.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in E-commerce, CRM or Online Retail.

Hands-on experience with Shopify / similar e-commerce platforms

Good command of Excel / Online CRM & E-Commerce Executive – Retail

Strong communication, coordination and analytical skills.

Smart, confident and polished enough to handle premium/HNI customers online with professionalism and discretion.

Experience in premium/luxury fashion or retail preferred.

Ideal Candidate

Hands-on, commercially aware and capable of managing both online CRM execution and e-commerce operations independently.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
