Responsibilities
Set and run the company-wide people strategy with the leadership team
Own the HR budget, organisation design and workforce planning
Lead leadership development, succession and culture programmes
Advise the board on executive compensation and people risks
Requirements
15+ years in HR, including senior HR leadership roles
Experience scaling HR in a growing organisation
Strong business, financial and stakeholder acumen
