Key Responsibilities

Call Management: Make outbound cold/warm calls and handle incoming customer queries professionally.
Lead Generation: Pitch products or services, identify customer needs, and qualify prospective buyers.
Follow-ups: Maintain a regular follow-up schedule with interested prospects to drive conversions or schedule appointments.
Data Maintenance: Record call outcomes, update customer details, and log interactions accurately in the CRM software.
Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly quotas for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversions.

Requirements & Skills

Education: Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary) or a Bachelor's degree (Graduation).
Communication: Excellent verbal and listening skills with fluency in English and relevant regional languages.
Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
Soft Skills: Patience, resilience against rejection, and persuasive negotiation abilities.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
