Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are looking for a reliable Housekeeping Room Attendant to clean guest rooms and keep our property looking beautiful. Your main goal is to make sure our guests have a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms to meet property standards.
• Service guest rooms efficiently by changing linens, making beds, and replenishing amenities (towels, toiletries, refreshments).
• Inspect rooms for defects and promptly report maintenance requirements or safety hazards to engineering.
• Deliver exceptional service by addressing guest requests politely and efficiently.
• Maintain housekeeping carts ensuring they are organized, fully stocked, and stored securely.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper chemical handling, key control, and lost-and-found procedures.

Professional Qualifications

• Experience: Previous hospitality or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, though not required.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain rigorous cleanliness and organizational standards.
• Physical Capability: Capability to lift, bend, push carts, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliability: Strong time management skills with a consistent attendance record.
• Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
