- Supplier Sourcing
- Research, evaluate, and select vendors based on price, quality, reliability, and delivery speed.
- Negotiation
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, discounts, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Order Processing
- Review purchase requisitions, approve purchase orders, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Inventory Monitoring
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to monitor stock levels and forecast future material needs.
- Record Keeping
- Maintain up-to-date databases of suppliers, purchase records, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Compliance
- Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, local regulations, and legal standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education
- A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Negotiation & Communication
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive vendor relationships and secure favorable terms.
- Analytical Skills
- Ability to analyze spending trends, market conditions, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Technical Proficiency
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, procurement platforms, and spreadsheets
- Pay
- ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
