Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow-ups, and provide information about our services/programs.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and handle incoming enquiries.
Follow up with candidates/customers.
Maintain call and follow-up records.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Communicate professionally with candidates/customers.
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass.
Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
