Job Summary

Responsible for managing transportation, dispatch, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination to ensure the safe, timely, and cost-effective movement of materials.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, drivers, Stores, Procurement, Accounts, and Project teams.

Arrange vehicles and coordinate material pickup and delivery.

Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.

Prepare and maintain LR/GR, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan, Invoice, and POD.

Obtain and compare freight quotations and verify transporter bills.

Follow up on delayed, pending, short, or damaged deliveries.

Maintain transporter, vehicle, dispatch, and freight records.

Prepare basic daily/weekly logistics reports.

Resolve transportation and delivery-related issues.

Required Skills

Transport & Logistics knowledge.

MS Excel and MS Office.

Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Vendor/transporter coordination.

Problem-solving and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
