Job Summary

Viswa Group is looking for a Junior Logistics & Customer Service Executive with 1-3 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics companies. The candidate will support shipment operations, customer communication, and documentation activities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate import and export shipments.

Communicate with customers, shipping lines, transporters, and agents.

Track shipments and provide status updates.

Prepare shipping documents such as BL, Invoice, Packing List, and Delivery Orders.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic operational issues.

Maintain shipment records and ensure timely documentation.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

1-3 years of experience in Shipping, Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, or Logistics companies.

Basic knowledge of import/export processes and shipping documentation.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred

Immediate to 30 days notice period.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
