Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, quotations, negotiations and PO processing.
Coordinate with site/engineering teams for material and technical requirements.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Maintain procurement MIS, vendor records and ERP documentation.
Support cost-effective procurement and vendor management.
Requirements
3–4 years of procurement experience in Facility Management / Asset Management.
Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
Basic technical knowledge of Chillers, DG Sets and Transformers.
Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
Graduate/Diploma preferred.
