We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our Bengaluru office in Bellandur.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and CRM.

Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.

Assist customers with product-related queries.

Provide clear and timely information to customers.

Follow up with customers to ensure proper resolution.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

Follow defined customer support processes and guidelines.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

0–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, or a similar role.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of Tally/accounting software is an advantage.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Customer-focused approach and positive attitude.

Comfortable working from office.
