Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined fresh Diploma / Engineering graduates to join PANAM as Graduate Engineer Trainees in Inside Sales / Technical Sales. The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training and gradually take responsibility for handling customer enquiries, understanding technical requirements, preparing technical-commercial quotations and supporting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to customer enquiries for Instrumentation Tube Fittings, Valves, Manifolds, Transmitters and related products.
Understand product specifications, technical catalogues, drawings, datasheets and customer requirements.
Assist in identifying suitable products and technical solutions based on customer applications and specifications.
Prepare technical-commercial quotations under the guidance of senior team members.
Communicate professionally with customers through email, telephone and other business communication channels.
Follow up on enquiries and quotations and maintain accurate records.
Support lead generation and new-customer development through calls, emails, references and market research.
Develop an understanding of customers including OEMs, EPCs, distributors, consultants and industrial end users.
Coordinate with Technical, Design, Production, Quality, Purchase, Dispatch and other internal teams.
Support order processing and ensure timely communication of customer requirements internally.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities as product knowledge develops.
Maintain enquiry, quotation and customer information using MS Excel, ERP/CRM and other business systems.
Skills & Competencies
Understanding of Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical engineering concepts.
Ability to understand engineering drawings, specifications and datasheets.
Strong interest in learning industrial products and their applications.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good listening, comprehension and coordination skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and professional email communication.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take responsibility.
Customer-focused approach with good follow-up discipline.
Analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a professional industrial environment.

Freshers and recent graduates are eligible.
Final-year students graduating in 2026 may apply, subject to the institute's placement guidelines.
Candidates should be willing to work from PANAM's Head Office in Andheri, Mumbai.
