Rapid Store Operations Manager / Assistant Manager

We are looking for a Rapid Store Operations Manager / Assistant Manager with strong experience in Quick Commerce and Dark Store Operations.

The candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, order fulfillment, inventory, delivery executives and last-mile delivery activities while ensuring operational SLAs and customer service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day Dark Store / Rapid Store operations.

Manage order fulfillment, picking, packing and dispatch activities.

Manage Last-Mile Delivery Operations and delivery executives.

Monitor delivery TAT, SLA, productivity and operational performance.

Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient stock movement.

Manage manpower and allocate work according to operational requirements.

Monitor store-level operational KPIs and prepare MIS reports.

Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, customer service and other stakeholders.

Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.

Ensure smooth operations during high-volume periods.

Drive productivity and process improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

Quick Commerce experience is mandatory.

Hands-on experience in Dark Store / Rapid Store Operations is mandatory.

Exposure to Last-Mile Delivery Operations is mandatory.

Experience managing Delivery Executives / Delivery Partners / Courier Boys.

5–10 years of relevant operational experience.

Experience with WMS / OMS.

Experience in inventory management and order fulfillment.

Experience working in an SLA-driven logistics/e-commerce environment.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational MIS.

Strong people-management and communication skills.

Candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR / Mumbai.

We are particularly looking for candidates who have hands-on Dark Store/Rapid Store experience within Quick Commerce, along with exposure to Last-Mile Operations and delivery team management.

Candidates with only traditional warehouse experience and no Quick Commerce/Dark Store exposure may not be suitable for this position.
