About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant / Executive to support our retail store operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, accurate reporting, and effective coordination between management and branch teams.

Responsibilities

Provide operational support to ensure efficient daily retail store activities

Manage all administrative functions of the branch with accuracy and accountability

Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, monthly, and annual sales reports

Coordinate staff schedules and support workforce management activities

Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and cost optimization initiatives

Act as a communication link between management and store-level teams

Handle large volumes of data and generate accurate, insightful reports

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail

Identify operational issues and support problem-solving initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong computer skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
