Job Overview

OTY Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Product / Process Support Executive to join our team. The role involves assisting customers/users, handling queries through voice or chat, providing product/process-related support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer/user queries through voice calls and/or chat support.

Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.

Assist users with product- or process-related queries.

Follow standard operating procedures and maintain process accuracy.

Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and issues.

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.

Ensure professional and timely communication with customers.

Meet assigned productivity, quality, and service-level targets.

Requirements

0–1 year of BPO, customer support, call centre, or process support experience preferred.

Candidates with voice or chat support experience can apply.

Basic understanding of software/product support is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with software applications.

Ability to understand and follow processes accurately.

Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Comfortable working in a target/process-oriented environment.

Age preference

22–35 years.
