Job Description

Handle dispatch billing and documentation for daily orders. Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch-related documents accurately. Coordinate with the Dispatch, Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams for order processing and timely dispatch. Verify product, quantity, rate, customer, and transport details before billing. Maintain billing records, dispatch registers, and daily MIS. Support reconciliation of invoices, returns, shortages, and pending dispatches. Ensure proper filing and timely submission of all billing and dispatch documents.
