Junior Staff Nurse is the first level professional responsible to provide direct nursing care applying nursing process. Ensures smooth functioning of the department at all times.
Provide basic nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate.
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility.
Observe patients' conditions and promptly report any changes to the Nursing In-charge or treating doctor.
Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
