Handle the complete billing process accurately and efficiently.
Generate bills, invoices, credit notes and other required billing documents.
Verify product details, quantity, price, discounts, offers and payment mode before completing billing.
Handle cash, card, UPI and other payment collections responsibly.
Maintain proper cash counter records and daily collection reports.
Reconcile physical cash and digital payments with system records at the end of the shift/day.
Check and report any billing discrepancies, payment issues or cash shortages immediately.
Process returns/exchanges as per company policy and coordinate with the concerned department.
Ensure all bills are properly packed/handed over to customers with required documents.
Coordinate with the Sales, Inventory, CRM and Accounts teams for billing-related requirements.
Assist in resolving customer queries related to billing, payments, discounts and invoices.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information, pricing, sales data and company records.
Ensure the cash counter, billing area and related documents are kept organized.
Support management during daily closing, stock checks, audits and sales reporting.
