Interior Site Supervisor

Key Roles & Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day interior works at project sites. Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, false-ceiling teams, and other contractors. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, measurements, and specifications . Monitor workmanship, finishing quality, and material usage. Coordinate with the Project Engineer/Manager and provide regular site updates. Check site measurements and ensure accurate execution. Plan and coordinate daily work activities to maintain project timelines. Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution. Ensure proper handling, storage, and utilization of materials at site. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline at the project site. Coordinate with customers professionally and communicate site-related updates appropriately. Ensure any changes or additional works are carried out only after proper approval. Maintain daily progress reports and communicate project requirements to management.
