Who Can Apply?

Ph.D. in the relevant discipline (Preferred)

NET/SET qualification (preferred as per academic norms)

Master’s Degree in Business Administration in the relevant field from a recognised institution

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised institution

Consistently strong academic record with a commitment to excellence

Experience

Candidates with 0–5 years of teaching, research, or industry experience

Fresh graduates with a strong inclination towards teaching and academic development are encouraged to apply

Professionals with relevant corporate or industry experience seeking a transition into academia are also welcome.

Your Role

Deliver high-quality teaching using innovative and student-centric methods

Develop course materials, lesson plans, and instructional content

Mentor, guide, and support students in academic and career development

Engage in research activities, publications, and academic projects

Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives

Contribute to institutional activities, committees, and academic administration

Foster industry interaction and practical learning experiences
