- Data Input
- Type text and numbers into spreadsheets or software programs quickly and correctly.
- Data Verification
- Check records against source documents to find and fix errors.
- Information Research
- Look for missing details to complete incomplete forms or files.
- Record Organization
- Sort, label, and arrange files so teams can find them easily.
- Backups and Maintenance
- Create digital backups and update old archives.
- Report Generation
- Export data and make basic spreadsheets or summaries for management.
- Clerical Tasks
- Scan physical papers, print files, and handle basic office filing.
