Operations Executive - Housekeeping

Job Description

Wandr Hotels is looking for an Operations Executive – Housekeeping with strong experience in hotel housekeeping and day-to-day property operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties effectively.

Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and other property areas regularly.

Ensure rooms are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guest check-in.

Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status, check-ins, check-outs, and guest requirements.

Coordinate with Maintenance for room and property-related issues.

Handle housekeeping-related guest requests and complaints professionally.

Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, amenities, and inventory.

Maintain housekeeping records, reports, and operational checklists.

Ensure compliance with Wandr Hotels' SOPs, hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Support the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day hotel operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in Hotel Housekeeping is mandatory.

Experience in a housekeeping supervisory or operations role is preferred.

Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and standards.

Good team-handling, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage daily operations and resolve issues independently.

Guest-focused, responsible, and proactive approach.

Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates with experience in hotels, serviced apartments, or hospitality operations are preferred.

Compensation

CTC

Up to ₹30,000 per month

CTC is non-negotiable.
