Property Experience Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a hospitality-driven Resident Experience Manager to be the primary point of contact for our residents. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional resident satisfaction by delivering premium customer service, managing resident relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to provide a seamless living experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents.
• Handle resident queries, complaints, and service requests with complete ownership.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, landscaping, and facility management teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality across the property.
• Conduct regular property inspections and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate important updates, maintenance schedules, and resident notices professionally.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the overall resident experience and satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in luxury hotels, hospitality, premium residential communities, guest relations, concierge, or customer experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Strong customer relationship, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Well-groomed, presentable, proactive, and service-oriented with a strong ownership mindset.
