Senior Purchase Executive – MEP & Finishing

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Purchase Executive to manage procurement for MEP and finishing works across construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for vendor sourcing, material procurement, price negotiation, and ensuring timely availability of materials as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle procurement of MEP materials including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and related items.

Manage procurement of finishing materials such as tiles, marble, sanitaryware, doors, hardware, paints, false ceiling, flooring, and other interior materials.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive prices and quality materials.

Review material requirements, quotations, specifications, and comparative statements before purchase.

Coordinate with Project, Site, Store, Accounts, and Engineering teams for timely material requirements and deliveries.

Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery at project sites.

Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, material rates, and procurement reports.

Ensure materials are procured as per approved specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and budgets.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate/Diploma in any relevant discipline; preference for candidates with construction/procurement-related qualifications.

5–8 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in MEP and finishing works within the construction or real estate industry.

Strong knowledge of MEP and finishing materials, vendor management, negotiation, and MS Excel

Pay

₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
