Sales Team Leader – Telesales Executives _URGENT HIRING

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Team Leader who can independently manage and lead a team of 20 Telecallers and drive them towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 20 Telecallers.

Allocate leads and targets among team members.

Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, conversions, and sales.

Conduct daily team huddles and performance meetings.

Motivate the team to achieve daily/monthly targets.

Monitor individual Telecaller performance and productivity.

Guide the team on sales pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques.

Regularly listen to calls and provide feedback.

Identify low-performing team members and provide coaching/training.

Ensure proper and timely follow-up on all leads.

Maintain daily performance reports and share them with management.

Handle escalations and customer-related issues when required.

Train new Telecallers and help improve overall team performance.

Maintain team discipline, attendance, and productivity.

Requirements

2 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader

Experience managing a team of around 20 Telecallers will be preferred.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Good sales, convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Target-oriented and result-driven.

Comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-based environment.

Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.

Ability to coach, motivate, and improve team performance.

Salary

₹20000 – ₹25000 + Performance Incentives

Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
