Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound leads and regular follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and provide basic project information.
Manage leads and follow-ups through CRM.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for site visits and client meetings.
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of Real Estate Telecalling experience no freshers are allowed.
Hands-on experience in Lead Handling & CRM.
Good Client Handling and Communication Skills.
Good knowledge as well as hands on experience of MS Excel.
Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
