We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the right products, driving sales, and delivering a superior shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet shoppers, answer inquiries, and provide tailored product recommendations.

Consistently hit individual and store sales targets while leveraging upselling opportunities.

Handle customer billing and process point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently and accurately.

Keep product displays full, well-organized, visually appealing, and properly stocked.

Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and care.

Maintain a clean, inviting, and safe retail environment.

Partner with colleagues to maintain high service standards across the floor.
