Job Description – Telesales Executive

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
• Follow up on enquiries, leads, quotations, and pending orders.
• Generate new sales opportunities through calling.
• Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
• Update customer details and lead status in CRM/system.
• Coordinate with the sales and production team when required.
• Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets.
• Build good relationships with customers.
• Handle customer questions professionally.
• Follow up with old/inactive customers for repeat business.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Gujarati and Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.

Pay

₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
