Sales Team Leader

Lead, quotation, manage, and motivate a team to achieve organizational targets as senior. Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Set daily/weekly/monthly targets and track performance. Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and feedback. Handle team-related issues and ensure smooth coordination. Prepare and maintain performance reports and MIS. Coordinate with management and other departments for operational requirements. Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans. Ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to company policies. Train and develop team members for better performance. Requirements: 10–15 years of relevant work experience , preferably in a team-handling or supervisory role. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure. Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and reporting. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
