Showroom Sales Executive – Furniture

Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to join a leading furniture showroom in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.

Explain product features, materials, pricing, and specifications.

Handle customer enquiries and follow up on potential leads.

Convert showroom enquiries into successful sales.

Achieve individual and monthly sales targets.

Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.

Ensure proper presentation and display of products in the showroom.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in showroom, retail, furniture, interior, or related sales preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.

Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
