इस job के बारे में

We are seeking a Logistics Executive with experience in shipment coordination, export documentation, transport arrangements, customs clearance, and coordination with CHA and freight forwarders.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of invoice and packing list

Place shipment booking (Online)

Sending filing docs to CHA

Production and finishing followup

Inspection followup

Logistics Co-ordination

Arranging vehicle and delivery follow up

Prepare and send consignee docs to forwarder

Follow up of docs (Shipping bill & BL) from CHA

Follow up of Clearing&Forwarding bills from CHA, arranging payment and intimating the same to CHA

Download e-BRC

Preparation of details in excel chart to apply for MEIS/ROSCTL (Invoice no/Date, Shipping bill no/Date, Buyer, Country, Value in USD & INR)

Follow up with bank for pending e-BRC and corrections in e-BRC

Export payment followup

Documents submission to bank for payment credit
