We are looking for an experienced and responsible Medical Superintendent to oversee the clinical and administrative operations of the Clinical Psychology Department.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day clinical and administrative operations.
Coordinate with Clinical Psychologists, doctors, counsellors and support staff.
Ensure smooth patient care and clinical service delivery.
Monitor departmental records, appointments and patient services.
Ensure compliance with applicable clinical, institutional and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with management for effective functioning of the department.
Eligibility
Relevant qualification in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Healthcare Administration.
Relevant experience in hospital, healthcare, mental-health or clinical settings preferred.
Strong administrative, coordination and communication skills.
Knowledge of applicable clinical and regulatory requirements.
