Logistics Assistant

About Us

We are a growing D2C clothing brand, Nirmal Online (www.nirmalonline.com) based in Gandhinagar, Delhi. We are looking for a proactive Logistics Assistant to manage daily order dispatches, shipment tracking, RTO handling, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily order dispatches and shipment coordination.

Handle RTO (Return to Origin) cases and maintain proper tracking records.

Coordinate with courier partners, warehouse staff, and transport teams.

Monitor shipment status and ensure timely deliveries.

Resolve order- and delivery-related customer queries.

Prepare and maintain daily order, dispatch, and delivery reports in Excel.

Track pending orders, returns, and failed deliveries.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and logistics activities.

Ensure smooth order processing and timely status updates.

Support the operations team in achieving daily dispatch targets.

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of experience in Logistics, Dispatch, E-commerce Operations, or Supply Chain.

Basic knowledge of courier portals and shipment tracking.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Ability to manage multiple orders and shipments simultaneously.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented and responsible attitude.

Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
