Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management

Research, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and favorable payment terms.

Order Processing

Create and track purchase orders (POs) from issuance to timely delivery.

Inventory Control

Monitor stock levels, forecast needs, and prevent shortages or overstocking.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with warehouse, production, and finance teams to match needs and clear invoices.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate databases of purchased items, delivery schedules, and bills.
