About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and career-oriented Field Recruiter who is interested in building a long-term career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

The role involves visiting delivery hubs and conducting field-level recruitment activities, primarily for rider hiring and onboarding. This is a good opportunity for freshers who are comfortable working in the field and want to gain practical experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Visit delivery hubs and other assigned locations for recruitment activities.

Source and attract candidates for rider/delivery executive positions.

Conduct candidate calling, screening, and initial discussions.

Explain job roles, salary, working conditions, and joining process to candidates.

Coordinate candidate documentation and onboarding.

Follow up with selected candidates until they join and become active.

Maintain daily recruitment and onboarding reports.

Coordinate with Hub Managers and Operations teams regarding manpower requirements.

Conduct local hiring drives and support bulk recruitment activities.

Maintain a database of candidates and follow up with potential candidates.

Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Handle basic HR/recruitment-related coordination and employee queries.

Comfortable with field work and regular hub visits.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone and in person.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Willing to travel locally as required for recruitment activities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets will be an advantage.

Candidates with prior recruitment, field sales, telecalling, or hiring experience can also apply.
