About the role: We are currently looking for an experienced P2P and O2C Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will work closely with the P2P and O2C Service Delivery Lead and Operational Lead regarding P2P and O2C processes & operational activities, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, managing KPIs performance for markets in charge and also partnering with a remote GSK Operations Team (BPO) to resolve P2P and O2C issues with efficiency.
