Participate in diet counseling sessions for patients with diabetes, hypertension, renal disorders, obesity, etc.
Monitor patient food intake and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and kitchen staff regarding diet modifications.
Assist in supervising food preparation and ensure hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Help in conducting nutrition awareness programs and health education sessions.
Maintain patient diet records and prepare daily diet reports.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and food safety standards.
