We're looking for a clinically confident dentist who wants to build something — not just clock in. Pay

₹15,000–25,000/month fixed + performance incentives

What You'll Own and Requirements

You'll run your own chair independently — consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution — with a senior dentist available for the cases that need a second opinion.

Diagnose and plan treatment for walk-in and scheduled patients

Independently perform

RCTs, extractions, fillings & restorations, scaling & polishing, general dentistry

Train assistant to keep clean, accurate patient records and follow-up schedules

Flag and refer complex cases to the senior dentist/specialist

Work as one team with the clinic staff — not in a silo

English and Hindi fluency; Marathi or Gujarati is a strong plus
